01. Spirit Follow Me (Frost)    Overdubbed Aria Sandpiper with John Pearse Phosphor-Bronze 550XL Slightly Lights in DADGAD, DI'd. Precision bass played in. The theme tune to "Relationship Today". Expert keyboard assistance from Kevin Casteel.
02. Sandpiper (Frost)    Aria Sandpiper with John Pearse 550XL Phosphor-Bronze Slightly Lights in DADGAD, DI'd, one pass, live.
03. Rosslyn (Renbourn)    Aria Sandpiper with John Pearse 550XL Phosphor-Bronze Slightly Lights in DADGBD, DI'd, one pass, live, stolen from an early 70s John Renbourn TV appearance.
04. Travel With Me (Frost)    Aria Sandpiper with John Pearse 550XL Phosphor-Bronze Slightly Lights in DADGAD, DI'd, one pass, live, My wife names most of the tunes I come up with. She even had some lyrics for this one, but believe me, you don't want to hear me sing.
05. Here's That Rainy Day (Heusen/Burke)    Aria FA75, one pass, live. I have a love for the form of this piece.
06. The Princess And The Puddings (Renbourn)/
Lullaby of Birdland (Shearing)
Aria FA75, one pass, live. This is an interesting combination. John Renbourn wrote the tune that I use as the introduction for this Shearing standard. The two pieces seem to flow together almost seamlessly.
07. Why Did I Choose You? (Leonard)    Aria FA75, one pass, live. I have sequestered Dr. Martin Taylor's arrangement of this tune, somewhat.
08. Before The Dawn (Frost)    Aria FA75, overdubbed, Fender Precision played in, nasty little drum track. My first sortie into the realms of smooth jazz. Thanks again to Kevin Casteel for the keys.
09. For The Lord (Frost)    Main theme Aria FA75. Second section Guild S100 with John Pearse 2410 Super EZ Bend Splits (9, 11, 16, 26, 36, 46). A tonal prayer. Thanks to Tim Yoakum: keys... Bob Bolton: bass... Blaine Thiel: drums.
10. Chicken In The Church House (Frost)    Main theme Guild S100 with John Pearse 2410 Super EZ Bend Splits (9, 11, 16, 26, 36, 46). Just a bit of fun. Thanks to Richie Engle: guitar (Aria PE Anniversary with John Pearse 2500 EZ Bend 10s)... Tim Yoakum: keys... Bob Bolton: bass...Blaine Thiel: drums.
